not everything gets photographed.
some things i remember.
i try to write them down, in my notes, a notebook, wherever i can catch them.

i love numbers. prices. context.
but sometimes those numbers can be inflated.
by hype, by timing, by relationships.

numbers are a way to sell.
a way to make sense of what you’re paying.
but they’re just one way.
images do that too.
so do words.
so do feelings you can’t quite name
the ones you translate later,
when the room is quiet,
when something finally clicks.

this is where those moments go.

This is for those of us who don’t believe the first thing we’re told.
For the buyers who ask too many questions.
For the agents who can’t stand templated pitches, and don’t just walk through granite countertops.
For the ones who still look for beauty in the rubble.
