Historic Ocean Drive Hotel signs lease with Pitbull for his Restaurant "ilove305"

According to a recent article published in the Real Deal Armando Christian Perez aka Pitbull, Mr. Worldwide + Mr. 305 just signed a lease for his new restaurant in the former Bon Air Hotel [historic]. 

Significant architectural elements that are being preserved include the tile flooring, decorative column, a historic stairway, a fireplace and arched openings. In the event some of the tiles get damaged during the renovation, Nakash Strand found a manufacturer that can replicate the tiles, said project architect Mario Echevarria. 

The landlords are Jordache Jeans founding family [Nakash]  who's Miami Real Estate portfolio continues to expand. [ Included: Casa Casuarina, Hotel Victor]
