I heard somewhere that The Wharf was operating under Garcias Seafood's catering license, to offer their customers a full bar service. Miami Today reported that the business use is described as: “A temporary entertainment and culinary installation/event featuring local chef inspired food trucks where local residents and visitors may sample unique and limited local fare and music.”
