Terra, has partnered with the globally recognized wellness brand THE WELL, to bring THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands. Which will become the The World's First Branded Condo and Office Project by THE WELL. Located at 1100 Kane Concourse. A setting that achieves an ideal equilibrium between a tranquil ambiance and its closeness to the lively spirit of Miami.
Notably, this project has already reached a significant milestone with 50% of its units already sold. This eight-story luxury development encompasses 54 residences and an expansive 22,000 square feet of amenity space. The amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, as well as an exclusive food and beverage venue. Furthermore, the project integrates 102,000 square feet of office space spread across four floors, complete with a thoughtfully designed lobby and a rooftop area.
It's crucial to highlight that this endeavor marks THE WELL brand's first venture into both residential and office development, with the aim of promoting a comprehensive 360-degree wellness lifestyle.
The groundbreaking ceremony, a momentous occasion, took place on October 9, 2023. Notable attendees included Terra's CEO, David Martin, THE WELL's Chief Creative Officer, Kane Sarhan, and officials from Bay Harbor Islands. This groundbreaking event signifies a significant achievement for Terra and THE WELL in bringing to fruition their shared vision of amalgamating wellness with luxurious living and office spaces, leading the way in creating a unique urban wellness community. The estimated construction completion date is set for the second quarter of 2025.
THE WELL has played a pivotal role in every facet of this project. The interiors are masterfully designed by Meyer Davis, and the architectural brilliance is attributed to Arquitectonica. The development's primary goal is to seamlessly infuse wellness into daily life, fostering a distinctive urban community.
