Aria on the Bay Construction Plows Ahead, Now 70% Sold || via Curbed
Aria on the Bay is now 70 percent sold as construction has reached the 11th floor in the upcoming Downtown Miami luxury condominium.
The 53-story tower comprised of 648 units is expected to top off in April and be completed by the end of 2017.
"Now that we’ve finished the building’s pedestal, vertical construction will start to move at a more rapid pace – approximately one full floor per week – until the building tops off next year," said developer Martin Melo, principal of the Melo Group. "Like our firm’s previous buildings, Aria on the Bay will continue Melo Group’s track record of delivering quality projects on time."
As of last January, its penthouse was asking $12.995 million, listed with Million Dollar Listing New York star Ryan Serhant.
