Metro 1, the commercial real estate brokerage led by Tony Cho, has expanded to Palm Beach County through a merger with Sycamore Realty Advisors, led by Mark Roberto and Frank Fausone.

Cho’s Metro 1 was among the first brokerages to ink major deals in Miami’s Wynwood and it subsequently entered the Little Haiti neighborhood, both as a broker and a developer with Magic City. It expanded to Broward County in 2015, with an emphasis on urban revitalization. Metro 1 will soon open an office in Fort Lauderdale’s FAT Village.

“There is a ton of untapped opportunity for new development and community enhancement throughout Palm Beach County,” Cho said. “Mark and Frank have a very successful track record and great relationships, so we plan to work together to tap into area prospects and incorporate more arts, innovation and cultural projects much like Metro 1 has done throughout Miami and Broward.”

Sycamore has growth from two agents to 11 agents in three years and brokered $40 million in deals in 2016. Fausone previously worked on multifamily and hotel deals for Marcus & Millichap. Roberto has overseen over $90 million in commercial and residential real estate transactions over the past three years.

"Tony's very innovative and we look forward to working with him and Metro 1's expansion here in Palm Beach County," Fausone said.

Metro 1 hasn’t revealed the location of its Palm Beach office yet.
