Le Pain Quotidien will open their first location in Florida, and what a better place to debut than Coconut Grove.
New retailers, restaurants, developments and re-developments are emerging in the grove. The neighborhood is attracting a very good variety of tenants, and we are seeing following amongst them.
The Brussel's based chain was founded in 1990 by Alain Coumont. It offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Freshly baked breads and the spreads are to die for, [especially the creamy hazelnut, it is so much better than Nutella].
Most of Le Pain Quotidien's other locations around the world normally have community sharing tables, regular seating and quick grab and go register. Le Pain Quotidien is always a better option for a quick meeting or a for a long solo session. [+ the food]. The kind of chain where you know what you are getting and wont be disappointed . With more than 230 locations worldwide, including over 95 in the United States. Le Pain Quotidien will most likely be a great place to eat and work in Coconut Grove.

4. Le Pain Quotidien
Miami loves Zak the Baker, but the locally owned kosher bakery/café wouldn't necessarily work well as a chain. And that's probably a good thing, because some eateries have to sacrifice quality in order to grow. That said, Le Pain Quotidien knows a thing or two about scalability. What began as one humble bakery selling rustic-style loaves in Belgium in 1990 has grown to 200 locations worldwide. But guess what? Le Pain Quotidien hasn't lost it's je ne sais quoi. The organic house-baked bread is still excellent, as are the pastries, beverages, salads, open-faced sandwiches, and sinfully good Belgian hazelnut spread. The country-chic eatery is perfect for a leisurely lunch or coffee date but is also set up to accommodate on-the-go customers.
