The recently installed Botero sculpture at the SLS Brickell can't be easily removed, as it has been wrapped to withhold the coming of Hurricane Irma to Miami

This Magenta egg with and orange bow is part of the ‘Celebration Series’ which he began in 1994.
Jeff Koons made 10 eggs. 5 have a smooth surface and the other 5 have a rougher and a more wrinklier finish, which are called “ baroque eggs”
The design refers to ideas such as (re)birth and fertility.
The coating technique is similar to the one used in the automotive industry.
