The new Aston Martin Residences is being developed in the vacant piece of land located next to the Epic Hotel, where the Miami River meets the Biscayne Bay.
This lot had been waiting vacantly for quite a long time, that only a project of this caliber was going to meet the criteria to belong.
Argentinian Supermarket owners, Coto Family purchased the land in the mouth of the River for $125 Million. By joining forces with Aston Martin they are planning to bring a new level of luxury to the River, Downtown and Brickell.
The Coto's seem to be following other Miami developer's footsteps by working with world renowned luxury brands. We have seen the success of this strategy in projects like Residences by Armani Casa, Porsche Design Tower, Fendi Chateau and waiting for Missoni Bahia's rise. These collaborations have clearly caused attraction marketing wise.
The project is expected to be completed by 2020
