Industrial lofts are the exception, not the rule, in Miami. If you're looking for a rental that feels different from the typical glass high rise, Filling Station Lofts is one of the city's few purpose built industrial loft communities.

Located in Miami's Arts & Entertainment District, Filling Station combines 81 loft style residences with ground floor retail in a neighborhood that sits between Downtown, Wynwood, Edgewater, Midtown, and the Design District.

About Filling Station Lofts

Completed in 2013, Filling Station Lofts was developed by NR Investments and designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners. The building introduced a different residential concept to Miami, embracing industrial architecture with exposed concrete, lofted mezzanines, open floor plans, oversized terraces, and live/work residences.

Rather than recreating a converted warehouse, Filling Station was designed from the ground up to offer the character of industrial loft living in a modern rental building.

Neighborhood

One of Filling Station's biggest advantages is its location. Residents are within minutes of Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Midtown, Edgewater, the Design District, Miami Worldcenter, Brightline, Museum Park, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and the Kaseya Center, making it easy to live, work, and explore without being tied to a single neighborhood.

Whether you're looking for an industrial loft, a live/work residence, or simply a rental with a different architectural style than Miami's typical apartment towers, Filling Station Lofts remains one of the city's most distinctive rental communities.
