"A new pop-up in the alley"
- Location: Jade Alley
- Neighborhood: Design District
- Type: Pop-Up
Hidden between Danielle Tool's concrete arches in the Jade Alley, you will spot a small boutique called Aubi & Ramsa serving premium liquored ice-cream. This is one of the many new concepts popping up in the District.
As I was told by the "bar-creamtender" this is a joint venture between two friends. They supply the shop from a local warehouse where they create and package their poison. The pop-up caters to everyone, from the one who wants to hang-out in the bar to the one who comes and grabs a pint for an in-home splurge.
The quality of their product, branding, concept and distribution is on point, I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing their ice-cream available around local food markets or popping up in other Miami neighborhoods.
In a location which is not meant for the everyday visit, and overall houses designer retail like the Design District; it is smart to start bringing cool business ideas that make it worth the drive and create a constant foot traffic in the area.
The name Aubi & Ramsa comes from putting together the partner's last names
