Treehouse Hotels will open their first US location in Brickell
The hotel will be located in 1 Southside Park- A new development project by JDS
The project will total 2.5 million square feet and rise 64 stories.

Barry Sternlicht, Chairman and CEO of Starwood Capital Group announced that they will open a Treehouse Hotel in Miami, the brand's first U.S. location, in 2023. Treehouse Hotels debuted in London in 2019.

Designed to appeal to the child in all of us, Treehouse Brickell will be imaginative and nostalgic—inspired by simple joys. Urban yet earthy. Responsible and caring. Designed in collaboration with Rockwell Group and SHoP Architects, Treehouse Brickell rises from a beautifully landscaped park, providing guests expansive views of the Miami skyline.

ABOUT 1 SOUTHSIDE PARK
1 Southside Park is a mixed-use project in Brickell, Miami, conceived as a new urban gateway to the Brickell neighborhood.
