Navigating Student Living in Miami: A Guide to Housing

If you are a student in Miami and want to live in one of the high-rises of Brickell or Downtown it can get a bit tricky. You might bump into some dead ends when you start looking for rental apartments and suddenly you are asked to put down a first month, last month and a security deposit. The landlords of privately owned apartments normally require this three deposits plus pay stubs and bank statements before you are approved to move in to their unit.

Luckily new developers are starting to do all rental buildings like the new Panorama Tower by Tibor Hollo of East Coast Realty.
