The Palace is a building located in what I like to call "Old Brickell" next to the colorful Villa Regina Condominium which is not a popular favorite. Old Brickell for me starts in St. Jude Melkite Catholic Church at the intersection of Brickell avenue and 15th rd. down to the last building before the bridge to Key Biscayne.
