Located across the street, Ugo Colombo’s new Flatiron Brickell.
Perricone’s Marketplace first opened its doors around 20 years ago, first by leasing the property and then finally buying it for $775,000 USD. The restaurant was one of my favorite ones in Brickell, I remember when there was nothing around, Brickell was not what we see today. Perricone’s was always a great idea, I would love to get some goodies from their antipasto station, order delivery ( the baked brie) or stop for a glass of wine.

Most Miami condo terminations don’t start with a vote. They start quietly, with developers tracking ownership, reserves, and land value long before owners realize their building is in play.
