Like many other architectural designs in Miami, the use of Brise-Soleil as a building’s facade, serves to cater to our tropical climate. Lincoln Road welcomes Nike + Touzet Studio

The old building was demolished with the approval of Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board. Byjoining forces with Touzet Studio to bring us this beautiful 30,000-square-feet building. Wrapped in a concrete Brise-Soleil from French "Sun-Breaker" Facade , cast with waffle iron and Nike Windrunner patterns.
