One Biscayne Tower was once the tallest building in Miami. The building appears in a July 1973 article of National Geographic titled, "Cuba's Exiles Bring New Life to Miami." It was designed by Cuban architects Humberto P. Alonso, Pelayo G. Fraga & Associates and E.H. Gutierrez & Associates. The architects received a 1973 Outstanding Concrete Structure in Florida award.
One Biscayne Tower has won five Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards, including the 2007 Miami-Dade TOBY Award and the 2007 BOMA Southern Regional TOBY.

Located in the heart of Boston’s Fort Point Channel Landmark district, CBT’s design of 10 Farnsworth emerged from the desire to create a building that both acknowledges the neighborhood’s industrial past and celebrates its modern identity. The result is a six-story, 30,000-square-foot residential building that marries traditional building form with contemporary material expression, resulting in an elegant addition to one of Boston’s most historic districts. The design completes the streetscape with ground-level retail wrapping the corner of the block and a 40-foot long original art wall, created by a local artist.
Located in the heart of Biscayne Bulevard, the American Airlines Arena was inaugurated with a concert by Gloria Estefan. It was designed by Miami based Arquitectonica and is home to the Miami Heat Basketball Team.
Like many other architectural designs in Miami, the use of Brise-Soleil as a building’s facade, serves to cater to our tropical climate. Morris Lapidus was one of the pioneers of this design element in Florida. The recently opened Nike in Lincoln Road has a beautiful Brise-Soleil Facade by Touzet Studio
