10 Farnsworth
Located in the heart of Boston’s Fort Point Channel Landmark district, CBT’s design of 10 Farnsworth emerged from the desire to create a building that both acknowledges the neighborhood’s industrial past and celebrates its modern identity. The result is a six-story, 30,000-square-foot residential building that marries traditional building form with contemporary material expression, resulting in an elegant addition to one of Boston’s most historic districts. The design completes the streetscape with ground-level retail wrapping the corner of the block and a 40-foot long original art wall, created by a local artist.
Wynwood Walls says farewell to Maya Hayuk's Chem Trails
Chem Trail by artist Maya Hayuk will be missed. Hayuk had previously worked with Goldman Properties at the ever changing Houston Bowery Wall.
Figata Opens in Brickell, next to RikRak and Novecento
It is encouraging to see a new concept open here while so much attention is directed toward Brickell City Centre and the restaurants around it. This part of Brickell has an established residential and office clientele, along with businesses that were serving the neighborhood well before the current wave of openings. Figata enters a location people already know, at a time when they have considerably more choice.

AmericanAirlines Arena has a waterfront address, and Miami-Dade County bought the land. In early 1998, the county paid the City of Miami $37.6 million for 17 acres, including the larger site around the arena. Construction began that year, and the building opened on December 31, 1999.

Like many other architectural designs in Miami, the use of Brise-Soleil as a building’s facade, serves to cater to our tropical climate.
