Another year, another Mural. I spotted street artist Alec Monopoly outside Wynwood Yoga Studio working on a new mural right before Miami Art Week 2019.

For this mural he did Richie Rich as Bamm Bamm Rubble riding Dino. Rich Uncle Pennybags as Fred Flintstone. Rich Uncle Pennybags as Mickey Mouse, and Mickey Mouse as Rich Uncle Pennybags.

A CitizenM hotel is coming to Brickell. What used to be a single-story wooden marketplace is now going up 21 floors bringing 252 hotel rooms to the neighborhood

Mr. Perricone sold the 10,965 sqft site located at 955 South Miami avenue for $16.2 million back in 2017. Now, the new owners, Citizen M hotels, are working non- stop to bring more hotel rooms to Brickell. Going up 21 floors, where some angels of the building will pos’s million dollar view.
